How to reach us
One address reaches us for everything: hello@whatsnormal.com. It is read by people, not a bot, and you will get a reply. If your message is about something specific, the sections below say who it actually goes to, so you know what to expect.
We do not publish a phone number, because this is not an emergency service and we would rather not pretend to answer one. If you need help now, the last section on this page lists the services that are there around the clock.
About your treatment
Message us from your account if you have one, or email hello@whatsnormal.com from the address you signed up with. A clinician answers anything clinical. Please do not send clinical detail to any other address on this page.
About an order or a delivery
Email hello@whatsnormal.com with the name on the order. Medicines are dispensed by Smartway Pharma Limited and carried by Royal Mail or DPD in plain packaging with nothing on the outside that says what is inside.
About your information
Privacy enquiries and any request about your rights: hello@whatsnormal.com. Our Data Protection Officer is Mishcon de Reya LLP, dpo@mishcon.com. You can go to the Data Protection Officer directly, in confidence, and you do not have to come to us first. What we hold and why is set out in the Privacy Policy.
Complaints
Tell us at hello@whatsnormal.com and say what went wrong. We will acknowledge it within 5 working days and respond substantively within 20 working days. If the outcome does not satisfy you, you can ask for it to be reviewed by someone who was not involved the first time.
You do not have to come to us first, and doing so does not affect any other right you have. Complaints about dispensing can go to the General Pharmaceutical Council, complaints about a prescriber to the General Medical Council, and complaints about how your information was handled to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or 0303 123 1113.
