In his own words
My interest in mental health developed from both clinical exposure and personal experience of seeing how profoundly psychological wellbeing can shape a person's quality of life. Working with patients experiencing anxiety, depression, and acute mental health distress made me realise how often people struggle not just with symptoms, but with feeling unheard or misunderstood within healthcare systems.
This motivated me to pursue psychiatry, where I can focus on providing compassionate, person-centred care and improving access to clear, supportive, and stigma-free mental health information.
